1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds will be considered under the following circumstances:

  • If services were not delivered as per the agreed terms.
  • If any part of the services was not initiated within the promised timeline, and there was no clear communication regarding delays.
  • If there are significant discrepancies between the services delivered and the expectations set out in the initial agreement.

2. Non-Refundable Services

Certain services are non-refundable due to the nature of the digital marketing industry:

  • Once a campaign has been launched or advertisements have run, no refund will be issued for the ad spend or setup fees.
  • Any service that has been fully completed and delivered to the client is non-refundable.
  • Custom packages and consulting sessions that have been executed will not be eligible for refunds.

3. Refund Request Process

To initiate a refund request:

  • Submit a detailed written request to socialiftad@gmail.com within 7 days of the service issue.
  • Our team will review your request and respond within 10 business days with an outcome or a request for further information.
  • If your refund request is approved, it will be processed within 7 business days from approval.

4. Partial Refunds

In cases where partial services have been rendered or partially delivered campaigns, Socialiftad may offer a partial refund based on the remaining undelivered services.

5. Exclusions

  • No refunds will be issued if the client changes their mind after the commencement of work or campaign setup.
  • Refunds are not applicable for any delays caused due to the client’s lack of response or failure to provide necessary information on time.

6. Modifications to Policy

Socialiftad reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and it is your responsibility to review this policy periodically.
