2. Non-Refundable Services

Once a campaign has been launched or advertisements have run, no refund will be issued for the ad spend or setup fees.
Any service that has been fully completed and delivered to the client is non-refundable.
Custom packages and consulting sessions that have been executed will not be eligible for refunds.

3. Refund Request Process

Our team will review your request and respond within 10 business days with an outcome or a request for further information.
If your refund request is approved, it will be processed within 7 business days from approval.

4. Partial Refunds

In cases where partial services have been rendered or partially delivered campaigns, Socialiftad may offer a partial refund based on the remaining undelivered services.

5. Exclusions

No refunds will be issued if the client changes their mind after the commencement of work or campaign setup.
Refunds are not applicable for any delays caused due to the client’s lack of response or failure to provide necessary information on time.
